Hawaii Beach Wedding Permits
In the State of Hawaii the Department of Land and Natural Resources is entrusted with ensuring that all State-regulated beaches (up to the vegetation line) are available for the enjoyment of local residents and tourists alike, and the beach environment is protected from any pollution or misuse. All commercial activities, such as Beach Weddings, must obtain a Permit to operate on State-owned beach property. Proof of Liability Insurance and Tax Map information showing the area of activity are needed to obtain the required Permit. Be sure to plan your Hawaii Wedding with a Wedding Planner such as Bridal Dream Wedding Company to ensure you have a Beach Wedding Permit. BRIDAL DREAM HAWAII obtains these Beach Wedding Permits for our Beach Weddings held at the following locations which are regulated by the DLNR (Dept. of Land & Natural Resources):
MARCH 2010 PERMITS
Waimanalo - Kailua - Lanikai - Makaha Ko Olina - North Shore - Makapuu - Kakaako Be sure to check with any Wedding Company you choose whether they obtain Beach Permits from the DLNR.
